マンション結露工事
| 担当者のコメント | マンション一階部分で床面レベルが地面と近く、地表からの湿気が室内にこもるようになっていた上に、部屋自体も北側に面していて結露しやすい条件がそろっていました。 施工内容としては、壁面天井を全てはがし断熱材を敷き込んだ上にウレタンボードで下地を造り、仕上に珪藻土入りのクロスとエコカラットを使用しました。 現在は冬の朝に窓ガラスに結露が付く程度で、とても快適になったということです。 |
