| 担当者のコメント | Warning: Use of undefined constant comment - assumed 'comment' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/kshomecare/www/konken/system/wp-content/themes/konken/single-reform_works.php on line 51 古くなったマンションの全面改修です。壁などをすべて取払うスケルトン工事を施し、間取りを一新しました。 収納スペースが沢山欲しいという奥様のご希望にそって、ウォークインクローゼットを新たに設置。洋室と和室、玄関からリビングに続く廊下ともに壁の一面を使ってクローゼットや押入れを設置し、収納力をアップしました。玄関に設置した靴箱は天井までの高さがあり、傘立てなどの大きなものも収納でき室内に散乱しがちだった荷物をすっきりと片付けることができるようになりました。 また、単独だったキッチンをオープンにすることにより、ダイニングがより広くなりました。 ダイニングにむけて配膳用のカウンターを設置して、家族とコミュニケーションをとりながら家事のできるキッチンに奥様も満足されていました。 |
